These terms apply when you use vitalwire.com.au. The site is run by Lachlan Francis Sallabank, ABN 69 631 803 003, trading as Vitalwire ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
General information only
The site describes our products and research. It isn't medical advice and isn't clinical guidance. Nothing on the site should be used to make decisions about a patient's care.
Vitalwire Connect
Vitalwire Connect is a general clinical reference for your organisation's approved guidelines. Staff can ask a general question, such as the red flags for head injury, wherever they work, and it quotes the relevant sections with title, section and version. It answers only from the approved guidelines, takes no patient details and gives no patient-specific advice.
Any guideline content shown on the site, including in demonstrations and recordings, is public sample content used to show how the product works. It may not be current, and it isn't approved guidance for any organisation.
Artificial Clinical Intelligence (ACI)
The ACI is a research project in bench testing. It isn't available, isn't offered for supply and isn't used in patient care. If it's ever offered for clinical use, it will be a separate product that meets Australia's medical device rules first.
No offer
The site doesn't offer to sell anything. Pilots and services are only provided under a separate written agreement.
Our content and names
The content and design of this site, and the Vitalwire name and logo, belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site and to quote short parts with credit. Please don't copy the design or logo, or use them in your own material, without our written OK.
Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini Enterprise and other product names belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us or that we're affiliated with them.

We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we link to.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate, but we don't promise that it's always complete or current. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
